The Heat Wave is an optical tremolo that delivers a vintage tremolo sound but with modern controls.

Features:
-All analog signal path
-True bypass “soft-touch” switching

-Up to 5 different waveforms for alternate tremolo sounds
-External control for external tapping and ramping

Volume: Overall volume of the pedal.
Tone: Overall tone of tremolo effect
Depth: Amount of tremolo in mix

Tap Mode:
-Rate: Manually dial in the speed of tremolo
-Divide: Subdivide the tapped tempo into the
following: quarter, eighth, sixteenth, and dotted eighth respectfully.

Ramp Mode:
-Acceleration: Controls the amount time to ramp from
slow to fast speed (3ms to 3 sec.)
-Slow/Fast: Manually dial each speed for ramp.
*Hold on/off to modify the fast speed

Control:
-Tap mode: Reads tapped tempo-Ramp mode: Controls ramping-Held during power up (ramp switching): When held down during power up, the pedal willtoggle between momentary and latch ramp control. The selected switching mode is saved even after the pedal is powered off.
-Momentary: The effect is only ramping while the foot switch is held down, otherwise ramp will return to slow speed.
-Latching: The foot switch toggles between the slow and fast speed each time you press and release the foot switch.

On/Off: The foot switch toggles between effect and bypass each time you press and release the foot switch.

Waveform: By holding down the on/off foot switch and rotating the rate/accel. knob, the Heat Wave’s waveform can be modified to the following: sine, ramp up, triangle, ramp down, and square respectfully. The selected waveform is saved even after the pedal is powered off.
