Described by Audiotree as “a renaissance woman whose... roots burst forth from this influx of creative energy to form the Southern swamp-rock outfit she vivaciously fronts to this day,” Kim Logan's career crosses continents as well as genres. After working in Nashville, moving in the same circles as Jack White and Willie Nelson, Kim now calls Paris her home.
We caught up with Kim in London, where we discussed her interest in guitar, musical influences, and writing while quarantining. Fellow Rotosound Top Tape player, Tom Ford, joins Kim in a stripped back performance of her single ‘Oedipus Wrecks’.
Filmed at Peckham Soul record shop, London.
