http://www.mojotone.com/ Today we're scaling the Mt. Pilot, from Mojotone. The Mt. Pilot is a fully-tricked-out combo amp with every bell and whistle available. For you pedal aficionados out there, Mojotone designed the Mt. Pilot to process even the longest signal chains without difficulty. It accomplishes this with a host of knobs that control everything from a three-band EQ to power amp tightness and presence, as well as two toggles for brightness ang gain. The amp is 100 percent handwired using turretboard construction, carbon-composition resistors and Mojotone-branded Dijon capacitors which are identical to the old Mullard mustard caps used in the days of yore. Each Mt. Pilot also comes equipped with CTS pots and a USA-made Heyboer transformer. While the Mt. Pilot tops out at 22 watts, users can swap the stock 6V6 tubes for 6L6 without rebiasing, bumping the Mt. Pilot's headroom, while the wattage grows to a robust 30 watts. An FX loop comes standard on the Mt. Pilot, with a switch to bypass it entirely. Each Mt. Pilot is hand-crafted to exacting specs in the USA.
