For 2022, Squier is celebrating forty years of great guitar craft. Squier guitars were launched in 1982 – they have grown into an entire range of affordably priced instruments for aspiring and serious players.

The Gold Edition is a stylish collection of models adorned with eye-catching upscale features for the discerning Squier fanatic. 5 Models are available, Telecaster, Stratocaster, Jazzmaster, Precision Bass and Jazz Bass.

The Squier 40th Anniversary Gold Editions feature bound Indian laurel fingerboards, with pearloid block inlays and a 9.5 fingerboard radius. The headstock graphics harken back to late ’60s / ’70s Fender with bold arced type denoting the model names. Like the Vintage editions, the Squier 40th Anniversary Gold Editions feature a slim and comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile for an easy playing feel.
