Not quite a build report and not quite a tutorial, this playlist will show the build process for a multipattern microphone. It's built on a circuitboard I designed to fit an inexpensive but good quality microphone body, and for this build I've used an edge terminated capsule made by Maiku. The playlist will go through from a schematic review all the way to a demo.

The circuitboard can be got here: https://oshpark.com/profiles/midwayfair (I do not get money for this)
The body can be got here: http://aurycle.com/
The capsule came from maiku-capsules.com/ (K12), but you can use any dual-membrane capsule you like for a build. I really like the Tim Campbell capsule in my ELA251 build, for instance, but it was quite a bit more expensive than I wanted to drop on this project.
Tiny switches came from https://www.ebay.com/usr/surplusdealusa, search for 3 position slide switches there.
