Paul Hindmarsh recently took the opportunity to record some guitar parts whilst on holiday in Scotland.
You don’t need to be in front of studio monitors to record guitar parts. You can play, record, or write wherever inspiration strikes.
Paul built an ultra-portable battery powered studio using a POD Go Wireless amp and effects processor, Mission 529M USB-PD converter for effects pedals, USB-C powerpack, and an iPad running Steinberg’s Cubasis.
This setup enabled Paul to record multiple guitar parts in 24bit 48k audio that were also suitable for re-amping at home.
