The Fearless Distortion provides a fierce, no-frills harmonically-rich distortion tone across two separate gain ranges. By using a Hi/Lo toggle switch, the Fearless can traverse the entire spectrum of guitar-based music, from Blackface amp tones at its lowest, to brain-scrambling black metal at its highest. The Distortion knob is backed by a unique asymmetrical clipping arrangement that helps the Fearless feel and respond like a tube amp at any setting. Thanks to this unique character, the Fearless responds well as the first box in an otherwise impenetrable dirt pedal arrangement. Due to its bufferless design, the Fearless isn't afraid to tango with any other pedal in your chain, imparting its flavor onto any other boxes without sounding layered or shrill. Used as the sole gain pedal in your lineup, the Fearless pounds the front end of your amp with wanton abandon, enough to push even the most mild mannered Dr. Jeckyll amp tones into full-on Hyde territory.
