Welcome to "Friends Pick Friday" at Emerald City Guitars! From time to time we're going to have some of the incredibly talented friends of the shop come in to hang and check out some awesome guitars!

Today we have Dan Phelps, a lifelong musician and all around awesome guy! Dan has been working hard and wearing a number of music-related hats since he was 15, from freelance musician and engineering, to sharing creative spaces with some really top-tier names in the music industry.

We thought it would be great to pair Dan up with an really cool 1966 Lake Placid Blue Stratocaster, a 1962 Gibson Les Paul (pre-SG), and a 1955 Fender Bassman 4x10. The combination of these pieces with Dan's skill was quite the treat to have down in the shop!
