Every year, during the first weekend of October, some of the best and brightest builders of boutique Amplifiers and Effects converge on Van Nuys, CA for the L.A. Amp Show.
The concept is simple: a place for REAL players and REAL people to play REAL gear in REAL life and REAL volumes! A good time is had by all every year.
In this episode we meet up with Dave Friedman. If you're looking for modded Marshalls or pro-level touring rigs...Dave's the go-to guy and he's been doing work for some of the greatest! We get to play through the new Double J Jerry Cantrell Signature amplifier and the debut of the PHIL X Signature amp.
These were by far my favorite amps I played at the show!
