Dispersion - The Fourth Ever Pitch Controlled Modulation Effect

Dispersion tskes your incoming signal and clips it enough to use its pitch as a clock source for a clock divider. That clock divider then control both the time parameter of a delay and a silencer. So it becomes a pitch controlled lfo (sorta) controlled tremolo & vibrato effect. And of course I added a fuzz as well!
