This is the first video in what I hope will be a series. New Mexico has so many vast, empty, beautiful places and I'd really enjoy exploring them and making more videos like this.

This particular area is just outside the town of Cerrillos, NM. The shot is looking south. It's hard to see, but here's a patch of green behind me with a train track running through it.

I used a Fender Telecaster into an EHX POG2, Strymon El Capistan, Eventide Space and a Ditto X2 looper. Apologies for a few audio pops here and there... I was powering everything from my truck which made things a little weird. I'll get that sorted out next time.

Beer was a Happy Camper IPA from Santa Fe Brewing.

Anyway. I hope you can enjoy the sounds of the desert and the sight of the clouds rolling in.
