Using a Fender Highway One Telecaster into my board (led by the Cool Cat Fuzz) feeding a Frenzel 5E3 Deluxe Plus III. I actually run out of the line out, not the amp out, into my interface where I applied some Fender 2x12 open back speaker sim in Guitar Rig 3. The Deluxe has a little dirt on it, cleans just aren't very cool. A little breakup + fuzz is usually the right recipe.

I really like the Cool Cat. Great bang for your buck fuzz. The treble knob is nice to apply some stinging top end without loosing all the bass. It cleans up pretty well to boot. It kind of reminds of a muff in some ways, but it also has shades of Fuzz Face also. Nice pedal for $25.
