Guitarist Paul Hindmarsh demonstrates how playing through the Line 6 Powercab 212 Plus active stereo guitar speaker system in Dual Mono mode can open up new creative possibilities. “Powercab 212 Plus doesn’t just give you the option of hearing your effects in stereo,” explains Hindmarsh. “Dual Mono mode enables you to do things like having two separate signal paths working independently of each other. For example, you can create a preset in a Line 6 Helix guitar processor with two different amp models on the left and right, each with its own effects, and running into two different Powercab speaker models or IRs. And that’s just one of the many possibilities offered by stereo mode.”
