Two matched, old-stock 3AX31C germanium transistors in a fuzz face I just put together from scratch. No PCB or kit this time folks! I now understand why the fuzz face is so heralded. Thank You Smallbear Electronics! These transistors are fantastic!
Recorded using the line out on my Frenzel 5E3 deluxe plus into my interface where I use guitar rig's speaker sim. The power in my apartment is very noisy so I apologize for that, but I love having the Frenzel's tubey goodness to run the fuzz face into. Its a great tone that I love playing into!
