Talking to Oliver Ackermann of Death By Audio was probably one of the most fun talks I had at NAMM. That dude just has a killer reply to everything you could possibly throw at him. After letting us know which DBA pedal people don't deserve, we quickly go through the features of their new Deep Animation Envelope Filter pedal. A really awesome and unique filter pedal with a dedicated foot-switch to toggle between UP and DOWN filter slope, external trigger input for contact mics/drum machines/samplers or whatever you want to throw at it, letting you trigger the filter to a dedicated beat. Such a cool pedal!
