The Hartwood Interceptor Valve Amp Head presents versatile tone shaping possibilities in a robust, compact enclosure. From sparkling cleans to full throttle leads, by tailoring the positions of the seven classic styled chicken-head potentiometer knobs you're a few tweaks away from achieving the tone of your dreams.
Thanks to the inclusion of a "High / Low" button, the Interceptor offers an incredible degree of playability, making it equally suited to studio recordings as it is to live performances. This switch allows you to achieve a full-bodied 15W output, as well as a "cranked" amp sound without maxing out your volume. Take your tone further by adjusting the fixed frequency 3-band EQ and presence knob for instinctive shaping, whilst the combination of 12AX7/EL84 valves and a real spring reverb imparts a unique sonic imprint on your sound.
With a valve buffered FX loop and boutique inspired styling, not only does the Interceptor sound the part, it looks it too. Presented in a stylish racing green finish with striking white stripes and piping as well as a basketweave grill cloth, the Interceptor Valve Amp Head pays homage to British motor-racing heritage, offering maximum aesthetic appeal. This bundle comes complete with a 2 x 12" Celestion equipped cabinet and speaker cable.
