The Hotone Audio Whip Metal Distortion probably gets the award for the smallest pedal that packs the biggest punch. Razor sharp midrange attack to scooped chugging, it has a ton of sounds.

2011 ESP Horizon NT-II with a 59 and Duncan Invader in the bridge

The Amp:
Vintage 1967 Fender Showman head into a Mesa 4x12 cabinet with V30's. A touch of reverb is added.

Speaker was mic'd with a Shure SM57.
NO eq or audio controls were added.
