This guitar has a royal lineage. The model started out as a Private Stock-only creation. Then, it made it into the core line, with every last detail carefully selected by Paul himself. From there, we took it and decked it out to our exact specs. It's been refined and re-imaged at each step of the process.

This axe features a mahogany body and a flame maple top. Be sure to check out the burnt maple leaf finish in the photos. The fretboard is made of tonally coveted Brazilian Rosewood, and it features the unmistakable Brushstroke Bird inlays. But it's the electronics that really define this guitar. The pickups are a set of PRS Narrow 408's, and they're wired to two mini coil tap switches. These allow you to move easily between your favorite single coil and humbucking setups, and because the bridge pickup is reverse wound, you always retain hum-cancelling operation. Also, there is zero volume loss between regular and single-coil mode. Yes, really. We topped everything off with hybrid hardware and a Brazilian Rosewood headstock veneer.
