The Fender American Ultra II Telecaster is a 2024 reimagining of the masterpiece instrument that defined Fender Musical Instruments dating back to the early 1950s. In this video I explore the guitar, demonstrating the sounds and highlighting new features that I appreciate as a fan of the vintage examples. Secondly, I note areas where I think the guitar falls short of my expectations and how I think they could be improved, as well as remarking on several appointments that I’m “neutral” on, but some guitarist might find useful.
