"One of the things my mother told me when I was a kid was to never stay inside of a box and to never let people tell you what you can and cannot do," Vintage Trouble singer Ty Taylor said as he introduced "Run Like the River" during the band's Fender Studio Session at Capitol Records.

The L.A.-based quartet then proceeded to showcase their diversity and talents with a performance of this fierce track from "The Bomb Shelter Sessions."
