In a previous "Little Lesson", I shared my experiences with injuries and how I've managed to maintain recovery. Part of that recovery has been incorporating a warm up routine into my everyday guitar playing. I do this before I play guitar EVERY DAY! And I often do it first thing in the morning when I have to wake up early.
This warm up routine is as much about waking up my mind as it is about waking up my fingers. Yep, it's a MENTAL AND PHYSICAL exercise! There's picking, chords, scales and stretches. Check it out, try it and stay injury free!
