This is a totally one-of-a-kind Custom 24 that you're not going to find elsewhere. First things first: We picked out one of the prettiest cuts of flame maple for the top. With the burnt maple leaf finish, the flames in the wood really jump out - be sure to check out the photos. The Pattern Thin neck on this guitar is a treat. It's made entirely from rosewood, which makes for a supremely comfortable ride. The fretboard is made of tonally coveted Brazilian rosewood, possibly the best tonewood on the planet. For pickups, we put a 57/08 in the bridge and and a 59/09 in the neck. The 57/08 might be the best pickup to come out of PRS's shop in recent years. It's focused, articulate, incredibly musical and easy to dial in for different tonal hues. We topped it all off with a Brazilian rosewood headstock veneer and paua bird inlays. This is one of the most unique Custom 24's you're going to find. It's perfect for the player who wants a fully customized PRS at core model prices.
