Here is a review of the Sanyo Pedal Juice. This is basically a 9 Volt 2 Amp mains replacement which uses Lithium-ion batteries - which Sanyo are a world leader. I eventually got this to run for well over eight hours on one single charge and ran six separate effects pedals on full power the whole time.
It's capable of running for up to 50 hours on one charge, depending on the effects pedals you use. Mine were on continuously and yours won't be so the life of the batteries will undoubtedly be much longer than in this test.
This unit removes all of those bad things from the mains like power noise, pops and bangs and all that other bad stuff which affects your pedals sounds. Your effects will be crystal clear and totally silent where noise is concerned when you have one of these.
