This is the Ashdown CTM-15 valve bass amplifier. It's a low wattage, classic sounding bass amp with a built in load box, designed primarily for recording, but it's also punchy and loud enough for small shows. It drives really well at low volumes, but it also does great clean and edge of break-up bass tones.
