We're often living in the land of Fender amps along with modern boutique builds, but every once in a while we get called back into Orange territory! Today's pick is an excellent AD-30HTC and PPC212 cabinet, a popular two-channel AC30 style head and 2x12 open-back cabinet. The head comes in at 30-watts with foot-switchable channels, of course great British tone powered by four EL84s. The cabinet has a nice open sound, as opposed to the sometimes overbearing low-end a fully closed cabinet can provide. Loaded with Celestion G12H speakers this combo is top notch! Today Trevor is plugging in his Eric Daw/Pinup Stratocaster for the demo.
