At first I just wanna compare the noise but I found something more!!
The original Spectre is kinda noisy and Joel the founder of Chase Bliss Audio find a way to get rid of this problem with the Blue Knob Mod version of the Spectre.
So I tweak the knobs and fooling around with the Regen and Zero knob from both version and I'm quite shocked with how different these knobs reacts between the original one and the blue knob version. The blue knob 'whale' sound is far more pronounced, smooth and more controllable than the original as you can see and hear in the video.
In short, the blue knob mod offers more than just a reduced noise. It takes the Spectre to a whole new territory. I can see the potential use of the Blue Knob Spectre in more experimental musical approach.
