Take a look behind the scenes with Jeff Kiesel as he shows you how its done. All Carvin Guitars necks are built with the same attention to detail no matter if they are bolt-on, set-neck or neck-thru construction. This process is also the same for our part necks and kit guitar/bass necks.

All necks are cut on our high end CnC machines that are accurate to .001 of 1", thats like pulling a hair out and splitting it 4 ways down the center.
Since every neck is built the same way you not only have incredible accuracy you have consistency with every neck coming out exactly the same.
Hand sanders only remove the scratches left by our machines, they do not put their own flare on each one.
