The OP-Z is the latest synthesizer to be announced by Teenage Engineering, which possess fully sequencable parameter locks, video synthesis as well as step components.
At its heart, the OP-Z, which has been dubbed 'the little monster', is a a 16-step sequencer powered by an engine similar to that of the OP-1 but with a few refinements, including effects.

The synth tracks comprise of: drums, bass synth, arpeggiator, chord synth, four effects and four external tracks.
