James' pick today is a 1898 Washburn Model 111. This guitar is over 100 years old, and has been professionally restored with a converted x-braced top, neck reset, refret, new pickguard, small wood repair on the lower back and nitro refin on the back and sides only. This guitar is ready to go and a fantastic player with a chunky V-shaped profile neck and wide fingerboard, prefect for fingerpicking and chord/melody playing. Lovely old woody tone with lots of clarity and character!
