In this video I'm demonstrating how to use the Boss RT-20 to simulate David Gilmour's rotary sounds.
David Gilmour has used several rotating speaker cabinets over the years, including a Yamaha RA200 during the Animals/Wall era and the custom designed Doppola speakers in the 90s.
David Gilmour would always mix his rotary cabinets lower than the dry Hiwatt amps to create a subtle modulated tone.
I'm using the Boss RT-20 to simulate the tone of the Doppolas in particular but you can also use the RT20 for the Animals and Wall tones.

Guitar - Fender Stratocaster, with D Allen Voodoo 69 neck and middle pickups and Seymour Duncan SSL5 bridge pickup
Amp - Reeves Custom 50, Laney LT212 cabinet with Celestion V30 speakers
