At Knobcon 2024, we caught up with Matt Chadra from Chadra Phonic, who introduced two new pedals: the Chrazer and the Trestone.
The Chrazer combines vintage chorus and phaser effects into a single pedal, aimed at saving space on pedal boards while offering versatility by allowing the effects to be used together and synchronized. It features independent LFOs with options to sync them either in or out of phase, enhancing the modulation possibilities. The Trestone, on the other hand, packs a preset compressor and two overdrive pedals into one unit. With the first overdrive set to a low gain and the second to full gain, players can switch between subtle and more intense distortion seamlessly. Matt mentioned that both pedals are currently in the prototype phase and will undergo beta testing soon, with expected release in Q4 2024.
