In this video, we'll fix a broken vacuum fluorescent (VFD) segmented display on a vintage 1986 Soundesign AM-FM Clock Radio Stereo Cassette Tape Deck. And we'll perform a bit of general maintenance also. I found this at a Goodwill for $5.99. This was made cheaply in Hong Kong in the 1980s, so I don't have super high hopes for it, but should make for an interesting video. Also, check out my new purse!
