There is nothing I enjoy more than taking a good set of pickups for a run with a HIWATT DR103/SD-1 combo. JJ's Guitar Pickups J-90's are a very good set of pickups. For the sake of the neighbours (and my ears) the amp and overdrive are generated by my best friend in the studio, the Fractal Audio Axe-FX III Turbo. The axe is a 2011 Gibson Les Paul Special. JJ's Guitar Pickups J-90 Pickups. AMAZING. Ben spent four years perfecting these. He even built his own laser cutter for the task. The hard work has paid off. These are my benchmark now. Here they are with my old Gibson LP Special and trusty Marshall SV20H. Try some of these. You will not be disappointed.
