I first learned to play “Stairway” at the age of 6 - there’s a very old video on YouTube of that somewhere.

Over many years it developed into my current version, which is based on the Rodrigo y Gabriela intro, and fuses into a loop based finale which started life as a duet with an incredible guitarist & friend on the streets of Edinburgh - Eugenio “Jedi” Martinez who inspired some of the fretboard trickery!

I still play this piece regularly and have even committed the ultimate sin of performing it at many in store demos at Guitar stores worldwide!
