Universal Audio is expanding its Standard Series modeling microphone lineup with three new releases. The SD-7, SD-5, and SD-3 dynamic modeling microphones are perfect for capturing drums and other instruments, and instantly give you access to many classic microphone emulations.
Watch our First Listen to hear the microphones used on drums, bass, and guitar. We'll walk through each source, do a mini shootout with the new Universal Audio microphones, first without modeling and then cycling through the available models. We've also got the SP-1, SD-1, and SC-1 from the Standard Series to show what they can do.
