Guitarist and lead vocalist Nick 13 is the driving force behind the psychobilly band Tiger Army, infusing the band's sound with his dynamic guitar playing and distinctive vocal style. Modeled on a vintage Gretsch from Nick’s collection but updated with his own flair, it captures his eclectic influences from midcentury roots music to punk – all the territory he traverses both as frontman of Tiger Army and in his Americana solo career. Each acoustic includes a Fishman PRESYS VT pickup system that lets you plug in for amplified performances while maintaining the guitar’s natural acoustic sound. As a signature touch, the fingerboard showcases an elegant spade inlay pattern, and the headstock features Nick’s distinctive ‘n13’ spade logo.
