Today we have two excellent pieces of gear for you surf heads out there - a 1963 Fender Jaguar and a 1966 Twin Reverb! Considered the flagship Fender of its time, the Jaguar features a super comfortable offset body, floating tremolo, 24″ scale length and tons of switching options for a wide range of tones. This one is all original with the exception of an older White body refin, which has aged naturally and looks great! Excellent neck with a perfectly worn in feel and the original pickups sound fantastic with a chimey, woody tone! This one includes modern G&G hardshell case.
The amp today is a gorgeous sounding 1966 Twin Reverb! Fitted with a pair of original gold label 12″ Jensen C12NA Speakers, this amp has a huge tone that is both hi-fi and warm at the same time. Super clear clean tones with a nice subtle breakup at higher volumes and a lush spring reverb - a prime example of vintage blackface tone!
