This is a review of the new line of pedals by Joyo which has been released under the name Dr. J. The Arsenal Distortion pedal is a much more aggressive type pedal which would be well suited for metal players. You can still get some classic rock tones out of it but they tend to be much more edgy in nature.

The sound clips were recorded with a PRS SC245 going into a Mesa Boogie Electra Dyne head going into A Marshall 412 cabinet loaded with Celestion G12-65 speakers.
