The Fishman Aura Sixteen is designed to be used with acoustic guitars, but it does work quite well with solid/semi-solid body piezos too. I keep getting asked this but it really doesn't work at all with magnetic pickups. One thing I did try though was Magnetic Pickups-Acoustic Simulator Pedal-Aura. While that is still a far cry from Piezo-Aura, I was surprised that the Aura did improved the sound coming from the acoustic simulator.
