I have no idea why I didn't put this one out. Maybe I wasn't happy with my own delivery or there were playing errors or text errors or... usual self-depreciating stuff I put myself through when I'm making these. Anyway, a quick glance at it today made me think it was worthy, so here's another demo of the NU-X QoT pedal.
Also: I think it's time for the BATCHIMP pedal. I'm looking at you, Josh! One side battery replicator; one side mighty Bad Monkey. Fair's fair. Rock on.
There are a lot of dual overdrives on the market at the moment, most combining two classic circuits with options to give them a point of difference. The NU-X Queen of Tone comes under that banner but it's probably the best value example I've tried in many months. Two circuits: Horseman (Gold & Silver); Morning Star (Bluesbreaker with 'Shine' option) plus switchable FET preamp, routing option and True or Buffered Bypass. Sounds amazing too. Can't fault it. Good stuff, NU-X!
