The BOSS MD-2 Mega Distortion produces extreme, low-end distortion for modern metal and hard rock tones. Thanks to the intuitive concentric ‘Bottom’ and ‘Tone’ controls, the MD-2 is made for thick bottom-heavy distortion matched to 6-string, 7-string, and extended range guitars.
