Mahogany has long been revered by guitarists for producing some of the most sought-after guitar tones ever recorded. As a tonewood, Mahogany has been essential to shaping the sound of blues, rock, and jazz music. The Suhr Mahogany Deluxe is designed to capture the essence of these classic tones in a way that reflects our uncompromising commitment to quality and innovation.

CHOICE WOODS
The Mahogany neck and body produce big, warm tones with pleasant highs, strong mids and full lows. The Maple top extends the frequency response, adding brilliance and punch. The Indian Rosewood fingerboard produces a warm and articulate tone while also adding sparkle to the highs. Body chambering not only reduces weight but also adds sweetness to the highs, and warmth to the lows.

EQUIPPED TO PERFORM
The Gotoh 510 bridge and Suhr locking tuners combine to produce classic tremolo sounds with enhanced tuning stability. The SSV and SSH+ pickups are wired in a 5-way switching configuration with a push/pull pot to run the bridge humbucker in parallel mode. This configuration allows you to dial in a range of classic tones from warm, rich cleans, to thick, singing overdrive.

EFFORTLESS PLAYABILITY
The medium stainless steel frets are Plek dressed and hand polished by Suhr's master craftsmen to provide effortless playability. Rolled fingerboard edges and Even C Slim back shape give the neck a broken-in feel.

CLASSIC FINISH
Our proprietary finishing process has been developed over many years to produce flawless finishes with luster and brilliance that stand apart. The Dark Brown Burst finish accentuates the beauty of the 3/16" Flame Maple top and gold hardware.

SLEEK
The Standard body shape is a slightly downsized version of our Classic shape featuring crisper edges and a side jack.

The Mahogany Deluxe combines classic Mahogany tones with unmatched playability and performance. Every Mahogany Deluxe comes with a laser engraved mahogany plaque.
