It has a British Racing Green Finish that is rather blue under most lighting circumstances. It is a hard color to get to pop in photos so depending on your monitor, it could come across as a metallic black. The finish is very thin. It has sunk into the grain in some areas which looks very cool, especially with all the relic-ing. The 57' Soft V Maple neck feels amazing in all positions. The V is very soft and it may take a few seconds to feel the spine. The Handwound pickups sound fantastic. Lots of top end chime mixed with an articulate low end and great string separation/balance. This guitar will sound at home in practically any genre. It's lively, resonant and a very inspiring playing experience.
