Heyho!
This is the Fulltone OCD VS the JHS Prescription mod comparison.

In my point of view, the original is more warm and darker sounding while the JHS mod is more open and bright.

I personally like the original one for it's warmth and smoother sounding overdrive. The JHS mod is good for darker guitar with humbucker to wipe out the muddy tone.
