This is the result of an owner who both played and maintained a guitar. I've seen guitars way newer in WAY worse shape, simply by ignoring maintenance. I LOVE getting guitars from guys like this. Guys who learned how to maintain or paid to maintain their guitars regularly. The results speak for themselves. A guitar that needed virtually no setup work, and looks and feels great!
