This is a follow up from Part 1, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6aoE3wId3Y where I discuss another and slightly different Metal Zone mod that is changing it into an overdrive. In this video I'll do a sound demo for you as well.
Why change the worlds most famous metal distortion into an overdrive and an EQ? Primarily because there are 1000 distortion mods floating around and no one has really done much with turning it into anything other than that. Also, I thought it would be funny if someone who was playing a country or blues gig for example to roll into the gig with a metal zone on their pedal board that no one but them knew that it did something different. One could actually use two of them on the same board to have both an overdrive and an Eq pedal. Two Metalzones on a board, haha! Even better. Which is similar to Yellow Led Better. That's a song by Pearl Jam. I used to really love Pearl Jam. I still like them, I just don't have a man crush on them anymore. At this point I'm wondering... I bet no one ever reads the info section. Are you reading this? If so comment below with something that has nothing to do with the video, such as something like "I really like cheeseburgers".
