High-gain Distortions have never really been my thing. Always been more into low-gain drives or Fuzz if I need to bring the doom, but somehow Revv have managed to make me a shred-head in not time. Their G3 and G4 are the best metal-minded distortion pedals I've ever tried. Hence I had to pay Dan Trudeau of Revv Amplification a visit at NAMM19 and tell him how much I love his pedals. He also showed me their latest amp, the D20, which packs the clean pedal-platform powers of their Dynamis amps and forges it with the digital cab simulation tech from Two Notes effectively creating the perfect grab-and-go amp solution. One of the best products I saw at NAMM19.
