I've recently revived my old home built Fuzz Face with smallbear Germanium transistors. I''m sure glad I did! This thing sounds great. I put in a bias pot to really dial in the sweet spot.

I'm using my warmoth tele and a Frenzel 5E3 set first at low clean volume and mic'd with a Shure PG57 mic. Later I run it into my interface so I can crank it up and use a Marshall 4x12 speaker simulation. That starts at 3:50. Enjoy!
