Andy takes a trip to the Super Mod Station from Robert Keeley. and today we're taking a long look at Keeley's new Super Mod Workstation. This versatile box contains two independently switchable modulation circuits, complete with tap tempo. Each modulation channel contains a full throng of adjustable parameters, such as Mix, Rate, Depth and Morph, all of which perform any number of functions depending on the selected effect. Eight different patches are selectable per channel, ranging from classics like Harmonic Tremolo to modern classics like Keeley's awesome Automatic Double Tracking. Across both channels, players have full control over variations on tremolo, phaser, chorus, vibrato, flanger, rotary speaker simulator, delay, reverb and filter. Between these modes, there are two different types of delay, reverb and tremolo, with some overlapping patches. This allows adventurous players to overlap the patches resulting in some seriously far-out tones that have yet to be explored. The tap tempo footswitch controls the action on Modulation Channel 1, while Modulation Channel 2 works with the Expression jack for a full command workstation at your feet. The pedal features stereo outputs for players with two amps or for tone freaks that can't get enough signal routing possibilities. And just like all Keeley pedals, the Super Mod workstation is crafted by Robert Keeley and his squad of mad scientists in Oklahoma USA.
