In this video I look at a Fender Jag-Stang which shows some classic maintenance neglect.
One of the major issues with this guitar is fret buzz.
The biggest factors relating to this are a warped neck and uneven frets.
Here I demonstrate how to adjust a truss rod to compensate for a bent neck, corrective clamping when the truss rod alone just isn't enough, and a fret dress to tackle the dents formed from years of D chords.
